She received her PhD from the Doctoral School of Literary Studies, Cultural Studies Program at the University of P\u00e9cs, in 2015. Her main research areas include gender studies, critical disability studies, feminist disability studies, post-human, body theories, questions of power \u2013 relations, and normalcy, alternative representations of subjectivity.<\/p>\n<p>Ilona has been a founding member of the <a href=\"https:\/\/fogyatekossagtudomany.elte.hu\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hungarian Journal of Disability Studies and Special Education<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ilona is an independent researcher.
